Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Ticket(s) cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • If the Ticket(s) are cancelled more than 10 (ten) days prior to the First Event Day, 75% (seventy five percent) of the amount paid for purchase of Ticket(s) will be refunded.
  • If the Ticket(s) are cancelled between 3 (three) days and up to 10 (ten) days prior from the First Event Day, 50% (fifty percent) refund of the amount paid for purchase of Ticket(s) will be refunded.
  • If the Ticket(s) are cancelled within 3 (three) days prior to the First Event Day, there will be no amount refunded.
  • No partial cancellation of Ticket(s) will be available for the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s) for the Event(s). The Ticket(s) booked for the Event(s) in a single transaction shall be cancelled in entirety.
  • Ticket(s) purchased from the box office are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • If an Attendee possessing a valid Ticket has tested positive for any communicable diseases including but not limited to COVID-19, prior to the Event, then the Attendee(s) shall not attend or visit the Event. In such a case if the Attendee wishes to get a refund then Attendee(s) shall email the Event Organiser on hello@uttarakhandmusicfestival.com along with a valid Positive report not older than 7 (seven) days from the First Event Day and sharing of such email shall be done prior to the First Event Day. Upon receipt of the same the Event Organiser shall issue a 100% refund of the amount paid for purchase of the Ticket(s).
  • If the Event is cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances, or If the Event could not take place on one of the Event Day(s) due to any reason whatsoever, then the Event Organiser may give the Attendee(s) a valid Ticket for the other Event Day as per the discretion and limitations of the Event Organiser. Any refund, if applicable, will be determined by the Event Organiser subject to its discretion.
  • If the Event is postponed and rescheduled to a future date, the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s) shall remain valid for the postponed, rescheduled Event, and no further action is required. However, the Event Organiser may approve refunds for the Event, which is subject to limitations set out by the Event Organiser at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. If the Event Organiser approves refunds then a notification for such refund will be sent to the Attendee(s) at the e-mail ID of the Attendee(s) provided at the time of purchase/registration.
  • If any of the performing artist’s at the Event is changed or cancelled, no refund will be provided to the Attendee(s) by the Event Organiser.
